Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Order cut-off time: 22:00 (GMT).

- Handling time (days): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Transit time (days): 5-7 business days.

- Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS

- Reliable Courier Services: We ship via DHL and FedX.

- Once you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. It takes us 1–2 business days (Mon - Fri) to process the order and if you place the order before 22:00 (TIME ZONE), we'll start working on it the same day.

- Once dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page using the tracking code you received in the email. Normally it takes 6–9 business days (Mon - Fri) before the order reaches you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once your order has been processed.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

- Reporting Missing Items: Please take pictures of the issue and contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via info@fenri.co.uk

- Resolution: We will help you find the items, if they are lost then either we will send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY & DELIVERY COSTS

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of DELIVERY DATE.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In case of damaged or wrong product, Fenri will cover the return shipping costs.

- For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

- No Restocking Fee: Fenri does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
